"No service nobody around ,,soiled sheets, and pillowcases. We had to request sheets. My wife had to make the her own bed, put the pillow sheets on nothing was accessible for housekeeping because there was nobody around. No way to turn down the AC. It ran all night very very cold. Definitely not worth $215 a night and that was discounted wouldn’t pay more than 60 or 70 bucks to stay there again."

"We had a very comfortable stay. This property looks new. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was courteous and eager to please. This property has some traffic noise and the floor above us was a little noisy with movement. We would definitely stay here again!"
"The rooms are clean, the staff were very nice; but the hotel needs updating. It was fine for what we needed, and the price was right for the product. "
"I recently stayed at the historic Upjohn House Bed and Breakfast in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo, and it was a truly memorable experience. This beautifully restored mansion is decorated with charming period details that give it an elegant, old-world atmosphere while still offering modern comforts.
I stayed for two nights and loved how easy it was to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown. I also attended a concert at Miller Auditorium, which was conveniently located less than two miles away.
The house itself was quiet and relaxing especially since I had it all to myself during my Sunday-Monday stay. I enjoyed a fantastic room with a very firm and comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The room also had a smart TV with a Roku device, which made it easy to log into my favorite streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube.
One highlight of the stay was the clean and inviting hot tub, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The whole place felt homey, peaceful, and well cared for. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Kalamazoo!"
