"Everything was mostly OK with the hotel itself. But the shuttle running only ever 30 minutes, despite being 2 minutes away from the terminal, is ridiculous. Especially since it gets full and not everyone can get onboard. This is basic stuff for an airport hotel and absolutely shameful that they can’t get this down."

"The room was ok. We were on the first floor and teenagers kept us up all night playing hockey IN THE HALLWAY right in front of our door. The staff did nothing. Terrible. Also, the rooms were NOT soundproof, we heard everything from the room next door. We were forced to keep our TV on all night to try to mask the sounds. "

"House was clean and very nice. Host was quick to communicate. However the windows and doors were not properly sealed, there was actual cold air blowing through the seems of the windows. When we woke up the chalet was very very cold. The heater could not keep up and we were forced to wear Hats and sweaters inside. "

"Very private location (no neighbors on either side!) but within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and more. Walking next to the lake was beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed the stay, and it was very cozy and comfortable for the humans too. "
