Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative

Apartment and some furnitures were worn, broken and dirty. Table tops not cleaned. Shower curtain was disgusting. Bedsheets too small for the mattresses. Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious making possible for 2 persons for work.

Good and bad

The apartment was comfortable and pretty much had everything I needed. However, there were no teaspoons and the cutlery and some of the crockery were dirty.

When we got to the apartment, the place was very dirty. Later, we found out that one of the beds was completely broken with a huge hole in the mattress, making it impossible to sleep in the bed. We contacted the owners several times, who reassured us that they would fix the problem. However, the problem was not fixed. Terrible service.

Different place than advertised.

It was a completely different room compared with what I booked; instead of reservation for 2 people we were given a single room with single bed and all amenities just for 1 person. Also the hotel does not have basic things such as the hairdryer what is listed as amenity that they should have. In addition, it’s a kitchen there but they don’t even have any coffee filters, salt/pepper etc, thus one needs to buy all if kitchen is used or even for just making coffee. Also the sound from the corridor was loud, thus it was not possible to fall asleep without earplugs. The staff was helpful and at least we got an extra towel, but definitely not returning there in the future.

The directions for check-in, especially when arriving late at night are completely muddy and unclear. There is no one to call or check in with I left repeated messages and nobody ever got back to me the entire length of my stay.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war anstrengend, erst musste ich mich legitimieren, dann sollte ich Guest Details angeben, die ich bestätigt habe, jedoch ist das anscheinend nicht angekommen. Um 16 Uhr sollte mir der Code zugesendet werden, wurde es nicht, sodass ich bei der Hotline anrufen musste. Die Wohnung an sich war absolut ekelhaft, ich hatte im Bad immer das Licht aus und die Nase zu, damit ich nichts sehe oder rieche, das Wasser roch nach verfaulten Eiern. Die Küche absolut veraltet und vergilbt. Check-out war um 11 Uhr, um 10 Uhr klingelt und klopft es, der Mann frage, ob und wann ich denn auschecke, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem: NICHT BUCHEN

Perussiisti huoneisto. Astioita ym tasan neljälle. Parvekkeen ovi ei mennyt kunnolla kiinni, joten asunnossa oli kylmä ja etenkin olohuone oli lattiaa myöten jääkylmä (ulkona n -10 astetta). Kylpyhuoneessa vain hyvin himmeä sinertävä valaistus, toinen lamppu oli ilmeisesti rikki.

4人用を2人で使用なので、広さ、設備などは良かった。 環境も良かった。 ただ、重大な問題点があり、心労で体調が悪くなった。 それは、部屋のコードナンバーがチェックイン当日のチェックイン時という案内で、不安を抱きつつその時間を待ったが、なんの連絡もなく電話もつながらず途方に暮れた次第。信じられないミスだった。たまたま現地のお店を通販で利用していたのを頼りに、強引にその店に押しかけて助けてもらった。店主のフィンランドの方に助けられ、もはや奇跡的に入室できたのはチェックイン時間から約2時間後。 あれから1か月経った今日でも、フォレノムからお詫びの一言もなく、呆れている。

Nice place but communication needs improvement.

Location is ok, and apartment is very comfortable and clean. Communication is not good, needed to contact them multiple times for entry code, storage facilities, and potential extension of stay. Washer does not have a dryer, although there are dryers in the building and a sauna which was never communicated.

Asunnon sijainti ja varustelu on loistava. Auto kannattaa jättää Easyparkin isoon maanalaiseen parkkiin, jossa on aina tilaa, eikä tarvitse etsiä tilaa eikä murehtia että onko sitä parkkiaikaa jäljellä. Samalla kadulla on loistava nepalilainen ja loistava vietnamilainen ravintola. Alepa ja apteekki myös lähellä. Erityiskiitoksen saavat myös Forenomin 24/7 puhelinpäivystys, jossa oikealla asenteella varustetut asiakaspalvelijat auttavat tarvittaessa.
