I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to Finland. I booked a sauna room and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel staff were wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional. The food was all high quality and the range of northern flavors made it a special experience. The location was absolutely perfect. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when in Helsinki.

This Hotel is a 10 out of 10 ! Great location. The Hotel is gorgeous, loved our Grand Studio room. Spacious, clean and well presented. The staff at front desk were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was enjoyable and again staff very friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Beautiful modern hotel with everything a traveller would need - very friendly staff

World class 5-star hotel. Best in Finland. The new gym and spa are a great addition. Wonderful historic hotel with exceptional service right at the heart of Helsinki. The rooms have amazing beds and top class linen, and they are incredibly quiet.

Janni, Adnan, Tatiana and Jenni Maria at reception were professional , friendly and very helpful. Julio and Chi always looked after us at breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and convenient. We will definitely be back,

Very stylish and comfortable and well located with tram right outside. The reception staff were very welcoming and I highly recommend Koti Apartment as the location is in the Design district neighbourhood with lovely shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our room in this Hotel was second to none our room was amazing the chandelier’s, the comfort the ambiance was second to none first class, the whole hotel was amazing, staff friendly and helpful thank you all for a lovely stay.

Great location, easy walk to city rail etc. Breakfast superb and a fabulous selection. Restaurant great. Would prefer colder room temperature ability. Stayed on two occasions on same trip. Highly recomended.

Really lovely midsized hotel with a great vibe and excellent services. Food was wonderful and fresh, it was amazing to have this included in the price. Nice quiet area too but close to good restaurants and transport. Room was really quiet and the bed comfy. Would definitely recommend!

I expected this to be really basic but it was clean and very well organised as a self-service type hotel. Check in and out was very quick, and the option to use things like the communal fridge and kitchen or store luggage was great. It's close to public transport so easy to get around as well. I'd definitely stay here again, great value for money.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were amazing, room incredible and the location fantastic. We really enjoyed talking to the amazing person who looked after us at the bar. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the world and the things that are important are comfort, communication and connection and this hotel had all three.

Excellent size room immaculately presented, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great size shower and bathroom also. Aircon was not needed at this time of year so no comment there but fan was quiet. Curtains blocked most of the light but have seen better. Breakfasts were well presented in a limited area. Location handy for parks walkable to the station with bags about 15 mins, to harbour about 7 mins, a range of restaurants within 10 mins. Staff very attentive and helpful 24 hrs.

Dining/meeting place excellent for a meal and drinks or just coffee. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Well located. Needs note how to switch to rain shower from hand held.

Great location, friendly staff, very good amenities- communal kitchen and sitting areas; laundry. Very pleased we stayed here.

The apartment was close to all the sights and restaurants. It had everything you might need for your stay - washing machine/dryer/drying racks/iron/all the kitchen crockery and cooking equipment (we only did tea and toast). Even access to gym and yoga mats (if that’s your thing). There was a lift (the apartment was on the 5th floor) with a few steps at the entrance. I’d definitely recommend.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and happy to help.
