"Kitchen was very well stocked (3 crockpots and very larger coffee maker and lots of pots and dishes etc). Bathrooms & bedrooms very spacious. Pool was nice feature but couldn’t really use outside when started to get dark due to the bugs…hundreds of them a big bug problem. Along with mice feces all over steps. Inside very clean, beds comfortable I would recommend staying here. Walk to beach was quick and easy."

"Pretty good overall for the price, not perfect. House was clean and in good shape. The garage and pool were a bit of a mess though. I ended up cleaning the pool myself so my kids could swim in it. The pool was large and had plenty of room to play, but the deeper part is very small if you like that. The walk to the beach is manageable if you are in decent shape and not carrying much. It’s tough if you have kids or elderly with you. One thing that did disappoint us: no smart TVs. I guess I assumed that was a given in 2026. Could use an upgrade there. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option."

"This house was amazing!! So much room for our very large group. The kitchen was amazing - so well stocked! The pool and Cabana was a definate highlight with the refrigerator and place to prepare snacks and plenty of chairs. The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We are hoping to come back."
