The host was so responsive to all my questions and even made the effort to ensure the hot tub was heated and ready for us to go after it was basically frozen from the unusual cold weather. "If you are looking to have a great time for a large group this home is the one you want. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook 3 meals a day. The entertaining area was a nice size for us and having two refrigerators was a blessing. Being able to take a short walk from the house to the beach was really nice and not to have to worry about parking was a plus. The only thing they need to do is update their BBQ to a new one as this one was past its prime. Otherwise it was a great home and Christmas vacation. "
