"The tv was either broken or very cheap. It was too small for the room and sounded like tin cans connected with string. The room was pretty clean but definitely worn down. MDF furniture had missing chunks, the paint job in the room and hallways looked like “landlord special” (painted over hardware, etc) and it smelled a little musty-don’t know why any beach hotel would still use carpet. Curtains were dirty at the bottom and broken at the top. Water pressure in yhe shower was a trickle and the toilet struggled to flush. I wouldn’t #2 in there lol The AC was amazing though! View was spectacular. If you’re on a budget, it’s fine if you’re able to spend two or 300 extra I would look elsewhere."

"Everyone on the staff we encountered was very pleasant, and helpful. The beach view on the ocean side is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and we will stay again."

"It was a good value, amenities, free parking and balcony were great. Downsides: The lobby is right near the hustle and bustle of the pool area, kinda hard to hear and even form a line. The hallway and even my room reeked of weed. I tried to air it out by opening the balcony door but, it was still there. Seemed a little better by morning, but I only was staying 1 night anyway."

"We are a traveling group of senior pickleball players. Everyone loved the house. We are already planning another trip to Virginia Beach, and we will book this house again. There were some small issues, but they were of no consequence. "

"The house was okay, but it was in terrible condition. Most everything was damaged to some extent. The AC on the 4th floor did not work and the room heated to 78 degrees during the heat of the day even though the AC was set on 68. And the windows were taped shut! The table on the deck was a rusted mess. The code we were given for the lock box was incorrect. The hot water did not work until it was repaired on day 2 of our stay. This property was well below the standards we expect for properties listed on VRBO. "

"This home is absolutely beautiful. There was enough space for everyone in our party. When we arrived the indoor pool water and hot tub was cold. We sent a text and the problem was solved immediately. Communication was excellent. I would definitely like to book again for our next retreat. "
