"I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasn’t came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update about the outage. Never got my refund after messaging staff. Many residents left due to the power outage."

"I chose this hotel while in Ann Arbor for a few days because it was within walking distance of a Panera for coffee and the mall and planet fitness. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a good size desk area. And if I was staying longer, I'd appreciate the full size fridge and kitchenette. However the common areas looked worn down and tired and could use a cleaning and refresh. The 'market' had a very limited inventory of food and drinks. This hotel is a good choice if you're on a budget or are looking for a kitchenette. "

"The room next door and mine did not seem to hold sound very well. I could hear the couple as though they were next to me. The breakfast was mediocre and may reflect Saturday buffet. Such as no multigrain bread till I asked, no milk for coffee till I asked, no placemats. I went at 1030 for a 11 am close. "

"Ant crawling on the floor /toilet did not flush properly how to change rooms / new room had no remote control for the television/ picture quality on the television is very poor and remote control had no menu selection on it for the television "

"Perfect location to be near U of M medical without paying a fortune. Near food, grocery and drug stores. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. I've stayed here several times and booking a premium room to have a fridge and microwave is the way to go. I'll be back"
