"We were there on an unusual basis and we book a double queen room for us and our two toddlers because we were unable to book a suite for the amount of time we needed such short notice unfortunately, the room was not big enough and there is no microwave in the room now there was a microwave literally right down the hallway and we were the closest room to the microwave with two toddlers it just wasn’t gonna be feasible for the next five days, but they were very very accommodating trying to help us get a suite for a couple days and then ultimately refunded the rest of our state even though their policy stated 24 hour notice❤️ staff was amazing very compassionate and sympathetic towards our situation and explained in detail what to do to make sure that I got my refund.Would definitely stay there again!"
