This condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The weather was perfect to sit outside on the porch and relax. It’s also so close to the shops and restaurants that we walked most of the time. We highly recommend this condo, it’s spacious, close to everything, and clean.

We loved our stay in this cabin. The cabin has three master bedrooms and an additional room with two twin beds. The location was excellent! We loved the porch areas. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We will def book again next year!

Great location for accessing the town of Helen. The unit was very clean and ready to enter upon our arrival in town. Oktoberfest is always a good time to visit. We would certainly be willing to rent again in the future. While in town, I would recommend avoiding the Two Tire Tavern.

Perfect Girls Trip!

My sister & I and our daughters stayed at the Sleeping Bear condo for a girls trip. It was perfect - plenty of space for us to hang out and catch up, four nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and so close to town! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. John was a great host.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for our party of three adults and four children. The condo was clean inside and the beds were very comfortable. The outside balconies are wonderful. Could use some pressure washing but no big deal. Easy walking with young children to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for family

Amazing location - cannot stress that enough. You literally will not need to drive once you arrive unless you are going outside of Helen. One of our travel members had recently had surgery and the downstairs area was absolutely perfect as stairs were challenging - it has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, screened in porch (with hot tub). The wraparound porch on the 2nd floor is to die for. Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

We hit the jackpot when we found this rental. The location was a major reason we chose this rental. We never had to use our cars once we arrived. We had a 3 year old so we were able to push her around in a stroller which made things so much easier. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was clean was very clean and we were very happy with our choice. This will be our go-to rental when we come back to Helen. Thanks again.. Ken

Weekend trip with my kids

Communication with the owner or property manager was great. When we got there the downstairs and main floor AC was out but they had it up and going within a hour. Someone came by to repair the hot tub which I did not know was not operating properly. They came while we were at dinner or while I was asleep. It scared me because it was not like that when we got there. The ice maker was also not working. But others than that we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Decorated for Christmas

House was decorated for Christmas with a tree which was lovely. Location is close enough to walk around downtown Helen and hear the live music from the bar and grill the next block over when sitting on the deck but not so close that we heard the music inside. Also at a good location to drive in and leave without having to drive down main street. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates (some also Christmas themed) and silverware. We were given 2 dish washer pods and 2 trash bags for a 4 night stay which ment we had to go shopping not an issue we are just used to getting 1/ night. We also only had 1 towel and washing rag per person, which meant we had to wash towels if we wanted to use the hot tub so we opted out of using that. We could have done laundry since they had a washer and dryer hook up and opted not to. Wifi is free but has low bandwidth. If we had known I could have brought our hotspot. Kids loved the Hollywood and Sports themed rooms upstairs. Owner was responsive by text and phone when VRBO forgot to send the check-in information by email.
