Wonderful Location!

The room was perfect for us! It was very clean and in the perfect spot especially if you don’t want to do a lot of driving! Everything we needed was in walking distance, we loved our stay here.

Great price and Cozy

It was clean throughout the entire space and very close to every location of Helen. Parking was abundant and very welcoming. Only thing that was lacking was just the amount of bees and wasps in the area; not the fault of property owner. Overall 10/10 would come back.

Amazing River View!!

I rented this place for my grandparents anniversary and they continue to rave about the view from the balcony and how close it was to everything in downtown. They would definitely stay again and I think I might need to check it out for myself!!

This is an outstanding property for a couple visiting, Helen, Georgia. We decided to spend a night in Helen on our way back from the East Coast. The location of the property as well as the property itself was outstanding! I would strongly recommend this for anybody spending some time in this Bavarian village!

Great Stay!

The apartment was so clean, homey, and smelled great (which is a huge plus for me!). The only thing that I think could be improved is in the check-in instructions, it should include that the apartment is in the middle section of the building, and is apartment 600- 3 floors up. It took us a good 10 minutes to figure out where it was. Otherwise, we will most likely book again for a weekend getaway!

The property was darling and immaculate! It was a great location for Oktoberfest festivities. Close-by but quiet and relaxing. The only downside was the television service. Be prepared to have your streaming subscription logins handy if you want to watch anything!

Perfect getaway

The condo was in a great location. If it hadn't been 100 degrees we would have walked everywhere. As it was, driving to park a little closer to the shops was not a problem. We did walk to dinner and lunch though and loved it. There was a car show there this week and it was busy, I was amazed at how quiet it was inside the condo. Loved both decks!!!

Helen GA stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 nights while visiting Helen. The room was very clean. When we arrived we had to message the host because we didn’t know what unit we were in, they responded immediately and we got in. Be prepared to climb stairs as this is on the top floor of a 3 story building with no elevator! We had a nice view of the river and were in walking distance of most everything in town. We especially enjoyed Cool River Tubing, it was a great way to spend an afternoon! Anna Ruby falls was an amazing hike and the waterfalls were beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, we highly recommend this place!

An excellent, cozy, convenient spot right in Helen!

We stayed overnight in this apartment, and found it to be just perfect for what we needed: welcoming and cozy, right in Helen.The kitchenette was perfect for our minimal needs (and would've served well beyond them), the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the Christmas tree was an extra welcoming touch!The only minor inconveniences were related to check-in: the instructions provided are just a bit too sparse to even be called minimal. You get a close-up photo of a doorknob lockbox and the code for it. You don't get any indication of what building it's in, or what apartment number, or where to park when the parking spots are all full (as they often are in Helen), or what the wifi password is. Thankfully, the other reviews named the apartment number and the building (middle building towards the river, apartment 600), and we found other parking on our own, and we didn't need the wifi. Even with these minor inconveniences, it's an affordable stay in a perfect location, with excellent furnishing. I'd recommend it to anyone willing to figure things out during check-in.

Fantastic Oktoberfest Getaway

This was our first empty nesters trip to Helen, and this third floor studio was exactly what we needed. It was exceptionally clean and very cozy. Host James has done an amazing job outfitting this studio very comfortably with everything two people could need for a getaway. It is on the top floor and requires two flights of stairs, so pack accordingly. If you're coming for tubing or Oktoberfest, this location is perfect. From the great view of the river, to the easy five minute (or less) flat walk to the Fest Halle, this place is great. (And it's just as easy to walk in the other direction to both tubing companies!) James answered all of our questions incredibly quickly! Checking in and out was a breeze! (No long, crazy list of requirements here!) If I could offer a couple of suggestions - it would be helpful to have the Suite # sent in advance. We received it because we arrived a little early and asked to check in, but wouldn't have known it other than reading it in a review otherwise. Also, a screened door to the patio would be lovely for temperate mornings/evenings. We'd love to take in the sounds of the river without letting in any flying pests. We would DEFINITELY love to stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.
