Came to Helen from Pittsburgh with my mom to visit my cousins. Unit was amazing. We spent all of our time on the patio and in the hot tub. The location is excellent. Loved out tubing trip down the river. Will be staying again soon!

This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed, the location was walking distance to many of the attractions we visited, and it was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened porch, as well as the fun decorations. The kids loved the big Roku tv. We hope to stay here again on our next Helen vacation!

I cannot give enough praise to Regal on the River! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the best time! It was so peaceful and had everything we needed at our fingertips! We visit Helen every year during the same week and after discovering this wonderful property last year we decided we would not find anything better than this beautiful spot so we returned for a second time this year!
