The Space:

You will feel like you’re living the country song at A Way Down Yonder right on the Chattahoochee River! Our RIVERFRONT townhome boasts the best of the best! Three master king bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms! Your kitchen is FULLY stocked with all your cooking needs with nice stainless appliances and a GAS GRILL on the main floor deck for grilling out your favorite meals! The main floor has a nice large living room for everyone to enjoy watching TV and relaxing as well as a 6 seat dining table with eating at the bar in the kitchen. Also, enjoy the outdoor dining area with views and sounds of the Chattahoochee River. Upstairs has two large king bedrooms with ROKU TV and the Master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the river and a beautiful jetted tub in the master bathroom to relax after a long day’s hike! Downstairs has your third king bedroom and full bath that walk right out the hot tub at the river level! An 8ft Slate Pool Table in the basement rounds off a fun evening.



Relax by the seasonal gas fireplace in the upstairs living room or on those hot summer days go fishing right from your back yard! Walk to downtown where there are shops, tubing, Water Park, and restaurants. If golf is what you are here for, Innsbruck Golf Course is right down the road, fine dining at Valhalla as well as a spa for a massage! Come enjoy the beautiful mountain air and the town of Helen and all the outdoor activities we have to offer!

The road to this townhome is all paved. There is limited parking at the property.

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March1-June 15 and Fall October – November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
