"Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und dem Festspielhaus in der neunten Etage mit Aufzug. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer, bezahlbarer Parkplatz. Wir werden wiederkommen."

"We searched for a property in a countryside setting, where we could park our car on or very near the property. We wanted a walk-in shower and preferably a box-spring (higher) bed; with some kitchen/pantry facilities. We got all that, the photographs on the site did not lie: high quality apartment, excellent bathroom, bedroom spacious enough with a good quality bed, ample towels, also option for extra or 'neck' pillow. Sitting arrangement very comfortable, dining table & chairs also nice and good...

"Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage am Bodensee. Da die Wohnung auf dem Berg liegt, empfehlen sich E-Bikes, wenn man nicht immer mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Wir hatten normale Räder und das letzte Stück war bei über 30 Grad schon sehr anstrengend. Bei den Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage noch das Nonplusultra."

"Ideal für 2 Personen, nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr guter Check-In mit Erklärungsvideo, das wir im Vorhinein bekommen haben. Man ist schnell am Bodensee, doch weit genug weg vom Trubel, damit man auch Ruhe hat. Guter Fleischhauer und Bäcker in Gehnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Unsere Erwachsenen Kinder bewohnten das Gegenüber liegende Appartement, wodurch wir jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon unseres Appartements gemeinsam Frühstücken konnten. Auch für Hunde Besitzer ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen da sich in der Nachbarschaft zwei sehr schöne Parks befinden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie Meyer und Hund Strolch"

"Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren 6-tägigen Urlaub sehr passend. Da wir immer Aktivurlaub machen und viel unterwegs sind, braucht's auch keine Luxusausstattung. Alles was wir benötigten, war vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und überall sind Türen und Fächer, praktische Wandschränke,etc. sehr schön! Lediglich das Bad ist durch die vorhandene Schräge etwas klein. Für uns war es OK, aber bei großen Menschen könnte stehend duschen ein Problem werden. Die...

Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door.
