Find a Great Motel Heidelberg

"Excellent welcome. Parking was easy but not cheap. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The aircon was a little odd and didnt seem to do anything but cold. There was no bath, and shower was not well enclosed so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. The bathroom door is a frosted glass sliding design which does not offer much privacy and has no lock. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Lots of choice and well made. "

"Receptionist was not proactive, we had to ask for the status of our "pre-assigned" room while checking in, and she mentioned that we can have the room "starting" from 3pm, which should be "till" 3pm. We got it finally at 15:30."

"Staff are super friendly. Garden terrace has the best view of the Heidelberg Castle. Be sure to bring your camera up to the terrace in the evening. "

"The room was clean but there were some things I would've expected to be better. I got an upgrade to an apartment instead of a studio. In this apartment there were multiple things that were not working well. Like the dishwasher never really washed the dishes and randomly shut off and turn on again. The airco was also not working properly, even at the lowest temperature it did not really cool down the room. I've been here before in a studio and then my experience as a lot better. So I think it will probably be an issue of this specific apartment. The rest of the stay was fine. Good breakfast and lovely staff"
