"Location, Location, Location! Rooms were simple and clean. Parking was a close, easy walk. The tram to the castle, church square, restaurants and more are just steps away. Hotel staff especially the gentleman at check-in (I believe his name was Hamish) was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a charming historic building, in the heart of things. The included breakfast was also tasty! We hope to be back soon and cannot recommend enough. "

"We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we've had on our trip so far. The location, in the cellar was so cool and the food selection was perfect. Breakfast staff we very friendly too. The room was perfect. Very clean, bed was comfortable, room was a good size. Great atmosphere. Simple directions for parking. Close to shops and restaurants. "

"schlafen quasi unmöglich - die Strassenbahn welche am hotel ca alle 5 Minutn vorbeifährt ist soooo laut das man denkt die fährt duchs Zimmer - alles wackelt .. ebenso leider nicht wirklich abzudunkeln das zimmer .-("

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

"Staff are super friendly. Garden terrace has the best view of the Heidelberg Castle. Be sure to bring your camera up to the terrace in the evening. "

"Great location from which to explore Heidelberg. The room was clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very basic. I would return to this location the next time I visit Heidelberg."
