"This is our third time staying at the property for a week or more. When we opened the door on this visit, it was almost like returning home. We come to visit our (grand)children in North Texas and love historic downtown McKinney. Our hosts, Kathy and Sayres have become our friends and we look forward to seeing them as much. They are wonderful hosts that you are going to want to introduce to your friends. We start our visit with coffee and croissants at Collective Coffee, a short walk downtown and brought our family to the Yard for great smashburgers and of course, Hutchins, for the best BBQ in North Texas. Kathy and Sayres recommended Centro on the Square and it is a new favourite. The location is very accessible to all of North Texas shopping, venues and attractions. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities. It is beautiful inside and out with every amenity and many thoughtful touches throughout. We had a great visit and cannot wait to come back again. If we could give it a 10 stars out of 5 we would!"

"Free parking nearby. Close to all of downtown. Rooms were nice. Shower water pressure was phenomenal. Only downside was having to ask for a mini-fridge. "

"Historic McKinney is so cute and nice with shops and restaurants and bars and just a clean overall small town feel even though big city next door. Family friendly for sure. Great for couple or girls getaway!"

"The home is in an older neighborhood, the neighborhood is quiet. The location of the home isn't far from the downtown shops; walking distance. The host responds quickly I came across a few things during my stay in the home that could have been brought up to my attention but I'm giving the host the benifit of doubt that he isn't aware of repairs. The remodeling of the home is nice, updated and modern. The dishwasher was down, the refrigerator didn't dispense ice or water. Honestly I feel vrbo should refund or have the host refund a partial amount for unexpected rental conditions not made aware of."
