"Nice place in downtown mckinney. My only issue. Well 2 issues was first night the room i had smelled of an almost pesticide and the air conditioner was t working correctly. They moved me to another room the following night but i was awoke several times throughout the night by barking dogs in a room nearby. So its nice and quaint but you can hear others pretty clearly. "

"Very cute. The location is on the edge of downtown McKinney. Kids loved the back yard. I did find a previous guest’s dirty sock and hair in the bathroom, but it seemed very clean otherwise."

"The host was friendly and open to helping us throughout the stay. Overall, things were pretty good. It did get quite cold inside, sepecially in the shared spaces. There were plenty of space heaters avaialble to help. Heating was uneven. The rooms could get too hot if the room door was cold, and upstairs gets hotter than downstairs (no zoned heating). We found that several dishes were not fully cleaned and the kettle neede cleaning and descaling. We also noticed some windows were left unlocked. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay and the location was great."
