"Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience."

"Was in town at the Golden1 Center for a four day event. For the location and ease of access to the major city places, it’s conveniently located. The pricing was right, and if you are in town for official business and little time to spend at the hotel save for sleeping then this place is pretty a great deal. Carry some cash. The owners (couple) very personable and responsive. Would surely return. "

"A pretty solid budget stay. No coffee in the room, but there was a fridge and microwave. Dish TV. The staff was nice. The bed wasn't anything too fancy, but I slept pretty well. There's a Starbucks that's like a 10-15 walk, a convenience store right around the corner, and this fantastic fish & chips shop down the street."
