front desk staff were helpful but housekeeping didn’t empty the trash so we collected a lot of waist. parking was always available but this place is 20 minutes from west entrance. breakfast was good, just ran out of items during busy time

We absolutely loved our stay at Hibernation Station — it ended up being our favorite place of the entire trip. Our private cabin felt cozy but still spacious enough to spread out and settle in comfortably. Everything was clean on arrival, and the in‑cabin fireplace was easy to use and added a really relaxing, warm atmosphere in the evenings. The property was quiet overall, which made it a great place to unwind after long days in the park. It’s a little farther from town than some places, but still close enough that we could have walked if we wanted to. The outdoor hot tub was another highlight — private, peaceful, and perfect for ending the night. Staff were very friendly during check‑in and throughout our stay. We genuinely missed this place when we left and wished we could have stayed longer. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. Very convenient to West Park Entrance. Unfortunately we found a shard of glass on our comforter and later part of a broken wine glass under the comforter. Bathrooms could use a little updating.
