"The room bathroom was in need of a makeover, mold was in the grout. Extremely poor internet service. The food was worst than school cafeteria food. If anyone can mess up a cup of coffee it was them. Staff not helpful, room service is poor, they made one bed and left all the dirty towels and didn’t replace towels. Definitely would not recommend this place especially for the price. It was Motel 6 equivalent if not worse."

"The hotel was beautiful, well taken care of, and the rooms were clean. It was nice staying within the park, and there was a bison outside our window. Something we did not realize beforehand is there is not wifi throughout the hotel which was mildly inconvenient. We went to the hotel restaurant during our stay, and the food and service was incredible! Would recommend making a reservation in advance though, otherwise you have to make a reservation when you ask at the restaurant and we had to wait about 1.5 hours. It was worth the wait though. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was located just outside the park’s east entrance and was a beautiful location. The rooms did not have refrigerators, but the property provided ice. There are no stores nearby and the store on the property was ill-stocked."

"The house was perfect, the views were simply amazing! Beds were so comfortable! Easy check in, had all the basics we needed such as coffee and toiletries. The view from the back deck is breathtaking. It was the most perfect spot to relax, listening to the river and watching the elk nearby. Walking distance to all of the shops, very quiet area. Our family will definitely stay here again!"

"Please read the hotel’s descriptions. This place doesn’t have an AC. It was in the 60’s & 70’s when we visited and it was ok with the windows open and stand fan on. Very convenient while visiting the park. It’s walking distance from the geysers and trails. I chose this for convenience and location around Yellowstone. Food court closes early and hardly nothing after hours. My family enjoyed the stroll around the old faithful trail we walked for hours it was very nice. If I have to do it again, I will plan to skip the stay on this hotel (very expensive/ amenities/ no ac ) and instead do a north to south, stay outside the park for a better quality hotel and food choices."

"The room decor was not our thing. It has a kitchen but we didn’t use it so it didn’t bring value to us. The building is Old and just didn’t have a good feel for us. The room was functional and provided a place to stay so it was ok but would not stay there again. Seemed like a lot of money for place like this."
