"This was honestly one of the more frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. At about 6:45am, I was woken up by housekeeping right outside my door and in the rooms next to me. Vacuuming, doors slamming over and over, people talking in the hallway. Not 9am. Not even 8am. Before 7am. That’s just not okay. My room was also right next to a heavy exterior door to the parking lot that slammed every time someone went in or out, so even before housekeeping started, it wasn’t exactly a quiet setup. I called the front desk thinking they’d at least acknowledge it, and instead got a pretty dismissive response. The guy said, “What do you want? They need to clean the rooms.” No apology, no attempt to fix anything. Just attitude. After that, I called the corporate line and still haven’t heard anything back. Between being woken up that early by staff, the noise, and how it was handled, this really missed the mark. I’ve asked for a full refund because this wasn’t even close to what you expect from a hotel stay. Would not stay here again."

"Our family of 4 absolutely loved this cabin! The location was great….so many shops and restaurants within a few blocks. We enjoyed waking up to the sights and sounds of the creek and spending the evenings on the back porch. The cabin was stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very responsive. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, scenic, peaceful place to stay, and we hope it’s available the next time we visit Steamboat Springs! "
