★ RENTAL CONTRACT ★

We have disclosed the terms of our Rental Contract in the Additional Rules section of the House Rules. This contract includes house rules, liability regarding on site activities, and fees for breaking rules. By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the Rental Contract.

★ DOG RULES★

A max of two dogs are allowed for a fee of $75 per a dog. We require dogs to be:

✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker

The yard is not fenced in so dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the trash. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you!

★ LAKE & WILDLIFE★

This property backs up to a lake with dock and water access. Any activities in or near the water is at your own risk. Please be aware that while staying at our vacation rental, you may encounter local wildlife. We advise all our guests to stay informed about wildlife safety and to exercise caution while exploring the area. We advise not to leave food or trash outside ever.

★ ADDITIONAL NOTES ★

✔ You must be 25 or older to rent this home
✔ The property includes a gas fireplace that uses a catalytic heater. It is suggested to open a window when using this type of heater.
✔ Use of kayaks, life jackets and any water activities are at your own risk. We are not liable for these activities.
✔ Your safety matters. The property has an exterior Nest front entrance camera that points at the driveway and records video and audio upon motion. It does not look into any interior spaces.
✔ Please be aware we do not list the property as toddler or baby safe. While we work to create a safe space for all ages, be sure to watch children carefully at all times, especially near the fireplace and staircase.
✔ This home is in a neighborhood setting. Please respect quiet hours!
