"Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. Early spring visit, so peaceful sitting on deck listening to the birds, loved it. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities there seems to be so many to enjoy on the grounds. "
