"Very nice, walkable. Lagoon is a beautiful addition. Pool with slide hours is minimal. Rainbow tower, great view. I was told I received an upgrade only to find they host a luau out on the lawn below my 14th floor room. Quite loud. Not enough elevators, wait long and often elevators full when they arrive and you wait long for them to return and leave and return. Waited up to 4 elevator loads to get up to the room/down to the lobby level. Overall, great place, very nice, super grateful to have been in Hawaii but would pick someplace else in the future."
