The building is currently undergoing repiping work, which affects all ground-floor units. This may temporarily impact some ocean views, and the pool area is closed during construction (weekdays, 8:30 am–5:00 pm).
To reflect this, we’ve deeply discounted our nightly rate through the end of the year. Guests still enjoy direct beachfront access, walk-out convenience, and all the comforts of a well-equipped condo. If you’re out exploring the island or spending your days at the beach, this work may not affect you as much, and most visitors find it has little impact on their stay.

Beautiful and relaxed

We really loved the stay. The perfect view, the roaming chickens, the ukelele playing neighbors, and the sea turtle on the beach made it magical.

Fabulous place off the beaten path

This older but clean, cozy, fully stocked, lovely condo without all the fancy amenities was perfect for us. We loved being on a private beach with quaint towns and shopping nearby. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions.

This place is pretty sweet. If you like sunrises and a sandy, swimable beach in the back yard then this is the place. Clean and everything you need.

Unmatched scenery

If you are looking to get out of the touristy Waikiki I highly recommend this place. It came with everything you need to have a fun couple days on the beach and a nice deck to escape the sun. This is a more “country” part of the island so don’t expect a perfect resort. But it was clean and cozy. I would definitely come back.

Paradise.

This property was an amazing stay. Highlights were the private beach and ability to swim with the turtles. Well equipped apartment that accommodated not only is but our toddler, too. Would definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay again in the future.

Fantastic

The property is very close to the beach where turtles sun bathe every morning. We also saw a monk seal playing in the water, and we were only there 2 nights. The ocean was very calm and crystal clear. There is a box with snorkel gear on the porch, plenty of beach towels and beach umbrellas. The kitchen is stocked with pantry basics and much more compared to many rentals I have stayed in.

Beachfront condo

Great location, great condo and a beautiful privte beach. Who can ask for more! The condo was well equipped for play and for cooking. Quite a variety of spices provided as well. Loved our time onsite and exploring the North Shore!

Great Condo!

We were looking for a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and this was perfect! The condo was well appointed with all of the things we could need. All of the items we needed for the beach (towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, grass mats etc) as well as everything necessary to cook a great meal. We were absolutely comfortable here and hope to return.

Great location

Amazing location right on the beach, it was so nice to just walk out of the apartment and see paradise. The space was great, kitchen well stocked, Murphy bed was a big hit. There are a lot of beach and pool gear to use, and being right next to the beach and sand made it so easy. The breeze in the evening was amazing, and waking up to sunset was lovely. Kim was responsive and helpful, and would totally stay here again!

A little slice of heaven

First off, it’s all about location STEPS FROM THE BEACH!!!!! It’s quiet peaceful and absolutely beautiful.The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for relaxing on the beach to swimming in the pool to barbecues on the patio.There’s a washer and dryer so no need to overpack,it’s a beautiful place to stay highly recommend!!!!

Hidden condo

Nice private beach. Bring food not much close by to eat. Get up early see the sunrise and walk about 75 feet out your back door to the beach. The turtles come up and night and sleep on the beach. Unit is in nice condition. Building is being renovated.

Beautiful Location

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Private beaches where the turtles come right up to rest in the evenings. Nice bbq spot to cook on. The house had everything you needed! Will definately come back!

Great location on the beach, incredible sunrises

We absolutely loved the sunrises and location right on the beach! There was construction equipment right outside the back door, and lots of construction all around the property. The bedroom was not ideal as there was noise from people walking around the window but the Murphy bed in the back of the unit was great for hearing the ocean. We would stay here again!

Amazing property! You are literally steps away from the beach. Perfect location for our long weekend getaway! You are able to watch the sunrise & sunset right on the lanai. We most def will be back!

Great location and visit

We loved this super clean, user-friendly condo right on the beach. We saw sea turtles on our sunrise walks and afternoon swims, and we had everything we could have needed. My 6’4” son slept on the Murphy bed, no problem. And we want to buy Kim’s brand of sheets! :)

Our stay was amazing. The condo was equipped with everything imaginable. Size was perfect for myself, adult son and teen. We had plenty of room still. Once you open the front door the view is amazing. There was some construction going on in the outside but we looked beyond since we were in paradise. Kim the management was great and helped us with all questions

Private beach

We loved the place. It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach & cooking. The location is prime - out of the crowds and essentially a private beach with clear swimmable water that you walk out to. It’s not a new place or a fancy resort but it felt homey. We had come from the first half of our trip in Waikiki in a property managed by a business and it was a great 180 to switch to this place. Construction didn’t bother us at all. They started late in the morning anyway. The house was clean enough but it’s old, so it’s certainly not spotless.

Exactly as described, perfect location

Everything in the unit is exactly as described. The construction was a minor annoyance, I understand its necessity. I would definitely stay at this property again. The protected waters of Punalu’u are some of the best! Excellent snorkeling. Every night the turtles sleep on the beach. We also saw a monk seal. The beds were sufficient, the newly remodeled shower is nice. Kitchen was very well stocked. Food trucks and a convenience store across the street. We loved our time here!
