The Space:
This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Upper level studio unit accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.
There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.
If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

The AC unit is located in the living room. There is a fan in the bedroom, but there is no AC unit in the bedroom.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The location of the property was perfect for us as we were there to visit family and our daughter at BYUH. We will definitely stay here again!
Super clean and great communication with the host. Sea turtles every night on the beach. The beach was amazing! You are right between the north shore and Honolulu so close to everything. Lots of food trucks and markets around.
We had a wonderful stay at our VRBO at Pat’s in Punaluu. We were welcomed with Hawaiian music playing on the t.v., the air conditioning running and chocolates in the table! It was clean and they had most everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of flavors. I always stay around that area since it’s about halfway between Honolulu and the North Shore.
This was what we were looking for, which was a nice and quiet place to relax at night and use as a central point to visit areas around the island. The place is clean and well maintained, and the check in and out process was smooth. There is some construction being done on the building, but we were out most of the day so it didn’t really affect us at all. In the mornings we were able to spot some sea turtles passing by as we drank our coffee.
The location is amazing. The management company is efficient. I am taking away a star for the following reasons: there is no dishwasher, condo felt very small for 3 people, it’s deficient in kitchen stuff, 10AM Checkout is too early and 4PM checkin is too late(You are paying by day but losing 6 hours).
Construction is on the other side of the building, so did not bother us. Traffic on the road can be heard but not too bad.
Location was beautiful! Had some welcome chocolates that were a nice treat. Some sample of local coffee would've been a nice addition. A few items that need some improvements. On arrival I pulled out a couple of glasses for tea, they were dirty. Next I was looking for a pot to boil some water and that was dirty. I would suggest you wash all of your dishes before using them. Hardly any water pressure in shower. Ran out of hot water 2 minutes into my 1st shower. Not a pleasant shower after spending the day exploring. It only happened once, so it could've been a fluke. Did not have iron in room as previously mentioned. They did correct only after I reached out to them. Some comfortable patio chairs and coffee table on lanai would've been nice instead of hard plastic Little Tikes style bench. The covered patio tables on property were off limit due to the construction. Construction sound was minimal, so did not interfere with our trip. Construction was more of an eyesore which can be avoided by ignoring it. Slept on Murphy bed, which was okay, since I enjoy waking up to the sound of the ocean and wonderful breeze. We enjoyed that they had beach towels & snorkeling gear we could use. Property charges a $$$ cleaning fee, yet checkout list include washing all dishes, cleaning up, and taking trashes out before leaving. Otherwise an additional $$$ fee could be charged.
Overall, the view was what made me choose location. Did not disappoint.
We loved that the beach was right there!!! The views from the balcony, easy waking right out of the building! The condo had everything we needed for the meals that we prepared while there.
The view and location were perfect. We loved how the beach was out front where we saw sea turtles and swam in the ocean. We enjoyed being away from the crowded beaches. There was no issue with the construction imposing on our stay. The condo is a short drive to a grocery store and food options. However, the condo had a few issues. It needed some basic maintenance. One of the stools was broken, the ceiling fan could not be adjusted and the slider didn’t lock. I had to buy a usable frying pan along with a few other kitchen items which I left there. The kitchen sink needed to be cleaned and I suggest washing the dishes before using them. The management offered to have the cleaning crew and maintenance address these issues but I didn’t want someone in our condo while we were vacationing. Hopefully management will have these things resolved before your visit. You can’t go wrong with the location.

Very clean, lots of beds, and right next to a beautiful beach. The neighbors are super friendly and pretty quiet.
It's so nice to watch the beach all day from your bed or from the sofa on the balcony. The kids loved the proximity to the beach. It was also super close to Polynesian Culture Center and the Kualoa Ranch. The east coast of Oahu is so different from Waikiki area, very peaceful and beautiful.
The host is super nice and very helpful, she responds to our messages really fast too. The property is very well stocked and very nicely decorated, we had a great time. Would definitely book again next time we go to Oahu.
There is construction noise but not loud enough to bother us. The living room/master bedroom facing the sea is super quiet always. There is some white noise from the road on the other side, but the noise level is low enough we still slept very well at night. We are light sleepers, so I think the noise level should be acceptable to most.

Ok but never again
The “home” was clean. It was a nice spot but the overall experience was actually somewhat ruined due to the communication with the owner. We checked in way later than 4 because our flight came in at 7 and we still had to do grocery shop and drive all the way down to Haaula… we didn’t want to waste the next day going shopping for food when we could be at the beach. We got to the “home” around 10-11 and I even told the owner this as well. It was stated that you can call them at anytime and they would be able to help. We were locked outside the “home” for about 30 minutes. Mind you we had our 2 year old daughter and she was sleeping and our groceries were all sweating cause we had milk, eggs, juice and many other items thay needed to be put in the fridge. We called the number many times back to back and was not answered. We even asked the security guard for help and he said he could not. We were on our way to drive somewhere else because we had no other choice, on the drive we called one more time and we were answered. Turns out we were given the wrong code for the door and it was not a simple number change, ir was a totally different code from the one that was given. All we were told was a mere apology and nothing else in return. I kept getting the emails stating please give us a good review etc etc and that made us more mad considering the hardships we went through to get in. Check out was still @ 10 and I was the one who had to ask if we could stay later due to what happened
