On the premises you will find a Fish Cleaning Station, Private Pier, 2 private Kayaks. Outside Shower and Grills. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Each Condo is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Clean, great location, short walk to sound and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, bathroom newly remodeled. Location is fantastic. Kayak the sound, walk to the beach. Thank you!
