"Had worked for high-end hotel for over 40 years. This hotel in my opinion has been keeping up with their facilities and up to date with the new technology. Staffs are well trained and helpful."

"The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."
