The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. It's a worth staying here with affordable price. Definitely will repeat staying here if i plan to come here again.

We found few roaches in the room. Bathroom was filthy, mouldy, and has a lot of fruit flies. Tiles were white, so the dirts can be seen obviously. the only thing i like about this hotel was the staffs as they were friendly and helpful. Book elsewhere if you are particular about the room cleanliness.

Staffs were really helpful and friendly during our stay. Towel, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer, shower cap, cotton buds, and some beverage packs are provided in the hotel room. No water heater is available in the room but the hot and cold water filter is available on the 3rd floor with paper cups provided to make your beverages. The double room is very spacious and clean, kudos to the cleaners who cleaned up our room during our stay. The only downside of the hotel is that they do not provide a toothbrush and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes flying around. Fortunately, there is a nearby 7-11 where you can buy your toothbrush and insect repellent. Kindly suggestion to the owner, maybe you can use some lemongrass scented oil in the common area to chase away the mosquitoes. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we will definitely come again next time.

Convient service apt.stays.

A great stay as it was clean,neat and quiet.Very convient to reach Lee Garden by walking straight.Took 15min-20min to reach depend on your own walking speed.If you are too lazy to walk take a tul tuk at 40Baht. Very strict on 'No smoking' inside the room n premises.A fine of 2000Baht for anyone break the rules.

Next to 7eleven, same road with lee garden but bit far and thats not a big problem coz me and my 5 years old son enjoy walking from lee garden to siam mansion. I love the environtment, hotel with hostel ambience. I like the eating hall, got microwave n hot water. You can enjoy food there while chatting. Yhe room is spacious, modern style, lift is new. Got washing machine too. I like it so much.
