"We highly recommend staying at this hotel. We booked 2 separate rooms, and each room was super clean, had beautiful and unique designs, super comfortable medium firm beds, great location by many restaurants, shopping, and massage places, and free Netflix with no subscription required in-room. The owner, Chin, is so sweet and accommodating. She gave us fantastic local recommendations and even gave us a tour of Hat Yai! She went above and beyond for us, and we truly appreciated her warm hospitality! Thank you!"

"The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE. But we're not finished yet. Because later that night, I walked down the stairs and found myself tredding in dirty water that stank. After wading through I asked the woman on reception and she just shrugged and said 'pipe from toilet on second flood has burst'... luckily it wasn't actual sewage water, but it was still disgusting. I was meant to stay for seven nights but checked out the next morning. If it hadnt been too late to book another hotel the night before, I wouldn't have spent a single second in this disgusting pit."

"+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am."
