"It was a nice touch to get a complementary champagne on arrival The bathroom, shower pumps for the shampoo and for the shower gel did not work. I asked twice in one day for it to be fixed and it was not I asked the second day one time and it was not fixed. The third day I told the front desk that I was just gonna post that this is my fourth time asking and it hasn’t been fixed and it was an easy fix. He said he would take care of it and he did. But seriously, three other staff members could not get a new pump? The properties beautiful and has a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, it rained one day so we had to stay in the hotel and just watch TV and read books."
