"I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. We asked if we could move rooms but we couldn’t until the next day. I will say the towels were clean and plentiful. The female staff were friendly and helpful. The security guard was also very kind. But the place was filthy."

"Check-in was smooth, and the employee was very friendly. The room was very clean. We did not use the pool or gym. Breakfast was okay, but my options were very limited due to dietary restrictions from wheat and dairy. The walls are quite thin, and we heard lots of noise from outside and upstairs as well."

"Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin and ended up overflowing. Do not recommend at all for the price I paid!"

"Overall, this hotel is very nice! The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The shower was amazing, they have Starbucks downstairs and a steakhouse on the 17th floor! The only downside was the pool seemed very foggy and the hot tub was NOT clean! There was some buildup of dirt in the hot tub. Also, the lights in our room were acting weird at some points which was kind of spooky."

"Hotel was the dirty asf it’s hard to believe people stay here willingly room was disgusted not to mention check in was at 3 we didn’t get the room til 4:30 because they claimed they housekeeper was out sick then they said there was no tv in the room dog hair everywhere when we finally got the room you wouldn’t want to touch the walls with your hand toilet was very much burned and nasty definitely bring shower shoes I mean it was so bad I’m about to dispute the charges"
