"My stay was beautiful. I experienced very loud neighbors in the middle of the night. And the front desk immediately accommodated me. They moved me and after i realized i left my phone charger in the previous room; they literally escorted me back to the to retrieve my charger. And as a cherry on top gave me a food credit for the inconvenience. The staff made me feel like i was home. The next time i come to new orleans, this will be the only place i stay!"

"Hotel is old and really needs to be updated, towels are thinly run down, bathroom sink had hair from previous guest, hallway floors are old and really beat up, hairdryer was disgusting, literally falling apart with parts missing and melted."

Other than that, everything was very enjoyable. Parking and retrieving my car was easy with the valet service. However, the valet process could be made more seamless for other guests, as some people were left waiting and seemed unsure about who to approach or when the next valet attendant would arrive. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not take away from the positive experience."
