"The B&B is at the right location for my meeting at Harvard. Only about 7 minutes to reach the meeting area and about 10 minutes to whole lots of restaurants. The rooms are little bit old but comparing to the neighborhood, it's fit. The manager is super nice gentleman and he will tell you everything ..."
"I am sorry I did not take the reviews into account when booking this property. The house is falling apart, very run down. Even though the cleaner made a huge effort to clean, it is actually not clean-able.Not sure how come this is listed on hotels.com"
"Great location. Spacious flat. But tv/cable was promised. Though there is a flat screen tv, apparently you must bring your own Roku. Internet was spotty at times. Keurig Nespresso coffee maker did not work. But good place for a short stay."
"Clean but small rooms. Poor ventilation - fan was on all night but room was still stuffy and warm. A lot of hallway noise and street noise early in morning. Thin walls: could hear my neighbor sneeze. Location is good, easily accessible to shops and transport."

"Very good front desk; helpful with internet, fixing something wrong with room, accommodation. Nice gym, lobby, restaurant. Only issue is breakfast. Very high a la carte charge for items and high charge for all you can eat."

A verified traveller stayed at Irving House At Harvard
"Everything was clean. Internet worked well. Easy access to the T. Inexpensive/convenient Uber into Boston. Several nearby streets for parking using the provided zone 6 permit. Stairs will give your calves and glutes a good workout. But the property is very charming! Church across the street is gorgeous. The waffle restaurant next door keeps the street smelling amazing!! Wonderful stay here."
