"I stayed for a total of nine days, two days regular rate, and then a weekly rate what’s the charge me for an upgraded room which is not have. My room was never clean or linens changed. I had to go to the front desk at 10 o’clock at night and ask them for new linens for the bed and towels to shower. ..."
