8.4/10 Very good! (1,152 reviews)

Check in at 1 AM was easy and fast; free water available. Staff member friendly and efficient. Curtain in room needs to be fixed. Funny smell in room- probably from the cleaning products used. No available plugs on one side of bed, so I had to unplug the only lamp on my side to charge my phone and keep it next to me. Otherwise, good deal for the price.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and kind. The room was one of the most beautiful and elegant places we’ve stayed at and the hotel amenities, and restaurant was just something I’ll never forget. Thank you for this experience!

The two at the front desk Wednesday-September 30, 2026, told me and my friend the shuttle will take us to the airport at 6:15 am the next day. At 6:03 am we came down and were told they only run on the half hour and they just left. He said they do not run at 6:15. The Shuttle driver, Dennis, arrived at 6:25 and took us immediately to the airport. He was great. I do not appreciate being lied to. The bar tender needs lessons in customer service.

"One of the stranger rooms I've ever stayed in - there was no closet space of any kind. There was no built-in closet. Short of hanging things on the shower curtain rod, there was no place to hang clothes. Even to attempt this would have required some clothes hangers and there weren't any in the room. ..."
