"The property is under construction. We didn’t get to shower for two days because there was no hot water. I had to get body wipes for my daughter because she was playing 3 softball games per day. The staff didn’t seem to care. The first excuse was prime time usage so the boiler can’t keep up. Then they blamed the construction. Then when not hot water at 4am they said the boiler is broken and we don’t know when it will be fixed oh and that was after the lady said it normally struggled to keep up. Then the front entrance was closed you had to find the side door to check in mind you it was locked. Then they charge $100 for a deposit even though orbits says all taxes and fees are included for a hotel where the blinds were hanging on by one clip bathroom had trash in it when we checked in. They had containers and construction supplies and equipment that took up over half the parking. They are in the middle of a remodel and they are changing ownership so who do you contact I have no idea. I tried to contact the Ramada and the lady who barely spoke English yelled at me because I said “Dude can you let me finish a sentence”. She didn’t like the word dude I don’t know if it means something different in her native home. Overall the best thing about this visit was checking out of the hotel. Worst experience ever and I have stayed all over the world. The only place worse is Iraq and that only worse because they wanted to kill us!!!"

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. At check-in, the grouchy old man at the front desk immediately told me not to leave anything unlocked and said if we wanted to do drugs, we needed to leave the property first and come back afterward. That alone should have been my sign to leave, but unfortunately I had already paid. There was also a sign at the front desk saying guests can only stay 14 days, then must leave for 3 days before returning for another 14. I asked if people lived there long-term, and he awkwardly said “not really,” which made the whole thing even stranger. When we opened the room door, the smell hit us instantly. It was awful. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes, because one swipe across the floor turned the wipe completely black. We ended up cleaning as much as we could ourselves just to feel somewhat comfortable. The sheets were stained. The bed skirts were stained. I’m pretty sure one stain was dried blood. The mattress itself had black stains all over it. There was a huge crack running through the floor, sticky red stuff dried on the wall (looked like jam… hopefully), hair in the shower, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. One pillow slipped out of its pillowcase and had something crusty and moldy on it. I checked for bed bugs and thankfully didn’t find any. I also didn’t see roaches or rats, which honestly became the “positive” part of this stay. Filthy. Gross. Barf 10/10 Do not recommend at all!"

"Could not check in without being told by police to go elsewhere. My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place. Hotel manager has yet to return our messages left over 24 hour ago. If you value your car and safety don’t stay here. It’s not a clean or safe neighborhood at all. Pictures are Ai generated."
