"The hotel was stylish, a good central location with very nice and helpful staff. unfortunately I had a poor night sleep as the windows in my hotel room need updating and it didn’t block out the sound from the road outside. The room itself was tidy and clean but in the bathroom the lino was starting to come up and the paint work under the bath and the cladding around sink could do with touch ups from a wear and tear you would get from daily wet use. The breakfast was decent with plenty on offer, I would say the choice of bacon was on the fatty side and watery but suppose that’s a personal choice. I would return but would request a room on a higher floor to rear of building to try and block out that sound."

"My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate was excellent from start to finish. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Harrogate and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided all the comfort you’d expect from a quality hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and consistently hot – always appreciated after a long day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it delivered everything you’d hope for from a top-quality hotel: excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a great atmosphere. A wonderful stay and somewhere I would happily return to in the future."

"This was our 3rd visit to The Inn at South Stainley. We had 4 days and 3 nights and again we enjoyed ourselves. We had our dinner for 3 nights at The Inn which were filling and excellent. Likewise can be said for the breakfast we also had. The room we stayed in was in premises alongside The Inn which was of a high standard and serviced daily. Hopefully we will be back. Thanks"
