"Ok so I arrived by road bike with Cheese ! Derrek was very friendly and stowed my bike and put my cheese in the fridge ! I arrived late as had been to football in Leeds..Derrick told me the bar was open till 2am !!! The hotel is 150 years of amazingness. "I really enjoyed my stay at The Crown in Harrogate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well kept and had a prestigious feel about it. Some minor updating looked necessary but for a hotel or that age and size, it was overall impressive. Hotels.com offered greater value in comparison to the other break away providers, who were charging a higher rate so that was another positive aspect."
