"The hotel building is not secure. Doors not locked, anyone can walk in. Then we did the uncorked paint activity. We were under the impression we would have wine, which we did but the serving was in a small glass. Then to have 7 different wines but can only have one was very disappointing. The need to do better with communication. That was bad. "
