"I am a disabled , in pain , low income, Senior. Therefore, my budget dictates certain restrictions. In that light, I write this about America’s inN The staff was incredible to me, especially since I’m disabled and needed help. The room was clean. The furniture was older, but it was well maintained. Sheets were clean. The floors were mopped, and Carmen. The housekeeper was wonderful to me.I have been in other hotels and motels where the furniture has been disgusting the Baymont in Kingwood, the super eight in Kingwood , the super eight in Houston on 58 these look better when you drive up, but the rooms, furniture, and the staff are disgustingly rude staff. America’s Inn place Met the basic needs with a beautiful staff that went beyond the extra mile."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the pool was covered with ants as well. Breakfast was very limited. Probably due to the fact that there are a lot of Asian restaurants in walking distance with better breakfast options."

"Everything was broke at this place. Elevator did not work, washer and dryer were broken and when you talk to the staff they have no answer of try to blow you off worst staff ever"

"The room was very nice clean stocked with everything I needed for my stay. 10 out of 10 I would definitely book there again. "

"Honestly me, my friends, and family had a great stay. We had plenty of space, beds, and TVs. We could either be all together or off doing our own thing. It wasn’t any pots and pan but we brought or own. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was nice very quiet at night with plenty of curbside parking. Plenty of towels and sheets and covers. Host was very courteous and provided water and soda. Great experience!"

"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."
