"Pro: inexpensive and convenient to everything in town Cons: housekeeping only showed up 1 of 4 days we stayed. It’s dated: popcorn ceilings, very few outlets to charge etc. There was stil food from the previous guest in our fridge upon arrival I have no idea what the “resort fee” covered but. Nothing about the place is a resort. It’s an inexpensive hotel, nothing more. "

"The Edgewater is in need of a major renovation. Our room had mold in the corners, the shower floor sinking in the middle and a TV from the 90’s. The casino roof was peeling with the vents surrounded by dirt and water damage clearly visible throughout. On the upside, the bed was comfortable and the room had a coffee maker but I would stay elsewhere."

"First time in Laughlin and this property exceeded our expectations. Place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Loved the porch as we relaxed and watch jet skis go up and down the river. Private dock was awesome! Place was amazing!"

"My kids and I had a relaxing stay here. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The view and the river access was great. The neighborhood was really quiet and the property is gated. Communication with the owner was prompt when I had questions. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area."
