"Staff are helpful, make you feel welcome. Very nice people. Especially the man who I think he’s the manager on the shifts funniest guy ever such a lovely guy! Security are great.! Toilet flushing is a problem but they do sort it out or move you to another room. Good security- feel safe. Beds are ok; we slept fine using the extra pillows available in the room. TV / channels perfect.. No fridge! BUT, you can ask at the bar for ice bucket to keep drinks cold - especially water!!!! "

"Room climate control kept returning to 19 deg C despite attempts to up temperature to 22 deg C. I woke up with a migraine and could not partake of either the spa or buffet breakfast which was included in my stay so cannot comment on these aspects of the hotel facilities."

"Just a great place to relax eat, run in the gym, have a spa relaxing to ease those stresses in the body. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. But please try the top notch dinner served in the cedar restaurant its just divine snd worth every penny. The staff were absolutely helpful, happy and just want make your stay peaceful and wonderful and relaxing. Im comming back in the next opportunity.."

"We have just checked out from our 2 night stay. It has been an amazing experience with our 2 young children. Facilities and room were excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and driving Range. The food was excellent at the restaurant. We had Dinner and BreaKfast for the 2 days and both days was good. However i think front Desk staff need some extra training. At 3 different times with different staff we were given wrong information. They cluless about the facilities and its timings etc. one day we were booked and told to go to Bar for our Dinner even after I mentioned we had dinner at the restaurant behind last night, the lady was so sure and told us to go to bar at the allocated time only to be told to go back to the restaurant by the Bar staff. When asked about children’s swimming times and information no clue when asked about driving range no clue and was told to go to the outer building and ask them. Apart from that i would definitely recommend and would return again. "

"The room was too cold and not so clean for the days we stayed at the hotel and staff was not so helpful as we expected . I stayed at the same place last year and it was great however this time the experience was different because of poor service. "
