"Stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room. We had to go get our own towels. The front desk and parking attendants were great."

"The property was conveniently located and was very clean. We were disappointed to find out that garage parking adjacent to the property was $55.00 per night. This charge should have been disclosed upfront during the booking process. Had we known this, we could have booked comparable properties and saved some money when considering the hotel rate plus the nightly parking fee."

"First of all, the staff were friendly and the property was clean...these are the most important things to me. This is an older property and it is evident everywhere. That doesn't matter that much to me except for the air conditioner. The older units they have in the rooms cannot keep up with the amount of humidity in the air. I suspect they have issues with iron theft because the iron was tethered to the ironing board, something I had never seen before. That was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, you can't take any food items out of the breakfast area. That was mildly annoying but not a deal breaker. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. The property had a lovely pool and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"The hotel was in the middle of no where nothing around this hotel The hotel was very dated really needs an upgrade Had an issue with the bath tub drain, not working, water leaked from the shower onto the floor notified the front desk when we left to go out and asked them to clean it and supply additional towels as I had to use what we had for the floor. Got home nothing done not clean no additional towels provided tried calling the front desk phone not working went to the front desk and closed Terrible what if there was an emergency and we needed to call out? Rethink your decision to stay here"

"This hotel is centrally, located in Midtown in a very safe, clean upscale area. We love the setup of the rooms. It’s actually one of our favorite rooms we have ever had in a hotel. They really provide everything you need and were super helpful for us for things we forgot. You could walk to Broadway, but it is a little far. In our opinion we took an Uber back-and-forth which ran about seven or eight dollars per trip. We will definitely stay here again."
