The Manager Mia was great at getting everything straightened out for me when an inexperienced staff person couldn’t perform the check-in. I truly appreciate her and the Valer staff was also very helpful and performed great.

There is a train that goes by all night long. Get ear plugs. Upgrade the room otherwise you’ll be in a tiny space. The larger rooms are lovely and worth it, but the tiny rooms are uncomfortable.
