About this property

38' Yacht equipped with luxury and kayaks!

  • Have a magical stay on the water in this wood-clad 38' boat: Gollywobbler. The galley comes complete with an hotplate, microwave and refrigerator. The bedroom features a sitting area, lots of storage space and a full size plus bed. An additional sleeping berth is an extra long roomier than normal twin. Lastly, the dining table lowers into a full bed. The back deck has two loungers for enjoying coffee or wine and watching the seals and harbor activity. Five kayaks are shared with other boats.
    The space
    Walk to coffees and dinner, stroll the harbor and check out the quaint shops, enjoy the use of the four kayaks, watch the seals and boats go by. The dining table makes into a double bed also. We offer five kayaks two of which are doubles! They are shared with the other boats.
    Guest access
    The net shed, other docks, and other boats are not included in this listing as they are all rented separately.
    Other things to note
    Occasionally there will be events/celebrations in the net shed. It’s too cool of a venue to not have parties in. Please feel free to walk through to access your boat. Know that we will comply with quiet hours at 10pm too. For safety, the propane oven has been disabled.

Unique stay in the heart of a cozy harbor town!

What a cool place to stay! The Blue Gollywobbler was a cute little boat and a really fun experience (our 9yo daughter absolutely loved it). We also really enjoyed being walking distance from numerous restaurant’s and breweries. Kayaking across to the lighthouse with the provided kayaks was a highlight!

Great Location

We enjoyed a lovely stay on the Golly Wobbler. The location was ideal to walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We were lucky enough to meet the hosts/owners of the boat and they were extremely nice and helpful.

Great and delightful experience overall. Yacht is kept well and clean. Despite the cold weather, we were very confortable. Close poximity to restaurants, shops etc. Is a plus. We also got to see eagles, seagulls, comorants. herons etc... The host is prompt in responding to questions and provides clear information. We will certainly do this again.

This was the perfect weekend getaway. We loved the clean, comfy interior and we soaked up the deck views as much as we possibly could. There’s no better way to enjoy a (complimentary!) bottle of wine or a cup of coffee. It was so nice to get a taste of boat life. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, even in the winter the boat was nice and warm. Lots of wildlife and boats coming and going, even had a visit from a seal. Very walkable location in gig harbor and great access driving to everything else. 10/10 will be back!

Fun experience

We stayed on this houseboat for Spring Break while visiting friends in the area. It was a highlight of our trip. A different lodging experience just to add extra fun to our visit. It was well appointed and has everything you need. The location is perfect and walkable to everything on the harbor. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic place to spend a few days in the PNW!

My 8-year-old and I loved this boat. We stayed on Lyla for three nights and the Blue Gollywobbler for one night. Both boats are great. The kayaks were used every day.

Lovely place! Very comfortable and well appointed. The area is lovely as well. We had the opportunity to see all kinds of beautiful wildlife (seals, otters, birds) and enjoy the quiet mornings. Just be aware that the parties at the net shed can be somewhat loud and despite their obvious attempts to shut the party down by 10pm and respect the quiet hours, people didn’t actually clear out completely until about 11pm. We normally wouldn’t have minded but we had an early flight to catch so we were hoping to get to bed early that last night.

The boat was amazing! Lots of downtown businesses within walking distance. The marina was peaceful and we got to see tons of birds and seals in the harbor. Kayaks were convenient and easy to maneuver. Definitely interested in staying again!

Experience true Gig Harbor

From the beautiful 38' yacht, to the restored netshed and the ambience of the harbor - I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially if you are a boating enthusiast. Access to the walkable waterfront, great restaurants, shopping is convenient and you may even be visited by otters or harbor seals while on the yacht. I will be back!

We celebrated my birthday aboard this stunning 38’ luxury yacht, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elegant, intimate, and effortlessly relaxing. The yacht is beautifully appointed and offered a serene, upscale escape on the water. The harbor was glowing with Christmas lights, creating a breathtaking backdrop that felt straight out of a holiday movie.We enjoyed an exceptional dinner at Mizo’s Japanese Steakhouse which was walking distance from the secured private dock. Then returned to the yacht to unwind in complete comfort and privacy. The owners were on site during our arrival due to a Christmas tree lighting event that weekend, which only added to the festive, refined atmosphere. This stay was truly magical—romantic, quiet, and impeccably curated. We will absolutely be back and are already looking forward to experiencing it again in the summer.

This was the most amazing stay and cannot wait to return. My parents live in Gig Harbor and so this will be my go-to place when I come to visit. It afforded the most peaceful getaway when my life is the most stressful its ever been. I was so grateful for this little blessed boat to feel like I really could take a breath and enjoy the weekend. What a beautiful boat!! Very clean and well-maintained. It was warm and cozy while listening to the rainfall. Such a unique experience staying on a yacht instead of a hotel or home. Directions were detailed with good communication before and during our stay. Nice touches including light snacks, a bottle of wine, kayaks and a makeup towel. Walking distance to a brewery and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Just Wonderful!!!

What a treat! Would love to do this again. Beautiful boat with everything you needed to have a good time. Loved the location and area. Walked to the Tides Taproom for the best Halibut I’ve had in a really long time, and great beer brewed by 7 Seas Brewery. Loved this experience! Thank you Michelle and the Pond Babich people for sharing it.
