"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us."

"The property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!"

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing.
