"The hotel was outstanding and truly went above and beyond in every way. They accommodated my request for a cabin with a balcony without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. The entire staff, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers and restaurant team, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered amazing views. The amenities were absolutely worth it and added to the overall comfort of the experience. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. It’s especially perfect for families looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay."

"Parking was good, property is well maintained and people are good at the registration office. The only complaint I have is with the bedding. When we stayed, it snowed in the night and the blankets and the comforter provided was very thin and we were not able to sleep in the night due to cold even after taking two blankets per person. The tent was unheated. I feel the management should have better blankets or let the people staying know in advance so that they prepare for it. The experience we had was uncalled for."

"For where the location is, right by Yosemite.. it's very convinient. Close to gas stations as well, the hotel itself has a snack shack. Better than camping to me!"

"Great location! Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding. We had 2 rooms. One west facing with a great view of Yosemite Falls. The other room was east facing with a phenomenal view of Half Dome. Would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"The only issue with the Hotel was the dining room staff/staffing. Service was rather slow on several occasions including one occasion where it took 20 minutes for someone to take our dinner order. Enjoyed the Adventure Trail hike and the grounds were thoughtfully designed. I was too busy hiking in the park to try the spa facility. Perhaps on my next visit..."

"very nice location inside the valley, room is dark and looks dated but clean. A short walk to the Yosemite fall. Cafe food is not that good and very pricy for the quality. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this Yosemite West cabin. The host was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.The location is hard to beat, super close to the park, which made early mornings and quick returns after long days exploring really convenient. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Traveling as a family of six with four boys, we appreciated having a relaxing place to come back to and recharge.The strong WiFi was a nice bonus (especially with kids), and the basket of goodies was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed.All in all, this was the perfect home base for our Yosemite trip. Simple, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a full day in the park. We’d absolutely stay here again."
