"This is in an ideal location in Grand Case. I did not rent a car and was able to walk to town and beach side of Grand Case. Other beaches in walking distance. My hosts and their support people were fantastic. Already looking at next year here."

"We loved our stay. The ocean front rooms are top notch. The restaurant is fabulous also. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A few things that we were unsure of prior to arriving- as hotel guests we got chairs at the beach club complimentary. As this is the French side we weren’t sure on whether we needed an electrical converter but there was one outlet that we were able to use that was compatible with our US electronics. The area around Grand Case is walkable with so many delicious restaurants. The beach area is pristine and the water is calm, clear and turquoise. We look forward to returning!"

"Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Need to be a bit strong to get heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but it was reasonably straightforward. The shower was a bit of a challenge to regulate at first but got easier the longer we were there. AC works great. Fairly quiet at night, rare ambulance. Well supplied. Easy check in. Unique lock location! For up to four people I don’t think we could’ve been closer to Times Square and theaters. Metro very close. Would easily stay there again"

"This is a fantastic property in Grand Case. It is right on the beach. So much so that the back door to the building opens onto the beach. In fact, the balcony hangs out over the beach and people walking by! Also the location is quite convenient. There are restaurants and shops all along the street and everything is within walking distance.The apartment itself is well appointed and the 2 bedrooms are comfortable. The AC really works well. We didn't feel like we needed for anything while we were there.Lastly, Miriam the property manager was fantastic. She met us there to show us the apartment and was helpful throughout our stay."

"We did a 10 day stay with another couple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is awesome. Some people might not like the late evening music coming from next door but it didn’t really bother us. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus. And our host Christophe was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The two-story apartment is right on a beautiful/swimmable beach. Short walk by beach or street to all the great restaurants and bars, but not too close where you can hear all the noise. Clean and spacious. Loved the morning visits from the local beach pup. We'd come back for sure!"

"This is fantastic spot on SXM. Walk to awesome beaches - Friars annd Happy, around the corner (20 min) from Grand Case and beautifully situated for the evening sunset.The villa was well laid out, both bedrooms were of equal form and function. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved outdoor dining overlooking the pool.The turtles and visiting iguanas were welcome guests.Thanks!"
